  • You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Certain items, including personalized products, pet food, and consumable items, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 business days regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the item to verify the issue.

  • We will replace damaged or defective items at no extra cost and arrange free return shipping where applicable.
